Checklist
This checklist is provided to assist you in ensuring that your application is complete and contains all information required by the Foundation. As the Foundation Board meets only quarterly, delays caused by incomplete applications can be very timely.- Have you read the Guide to Applying for Grant?
- Does your project adhere to the guidelines and the values of the Foundation?
- Have you included a response to each item on the application form?
- Have you included a detailed budget for the project?
- Have you included your personal contact details, including email address?
- Have you signed the application cover sheet?
- Have you provided two copies of the application?
- Have you enclosed one copy of any necessary supporting documentation, i.e. ATO certifications, constitution, financial accounts, annual report, quotations?
