Application Process
- Applicants must submit two copies of the application form, with one copy of supporting documentation, such as annual report, constitution, financial accounts, is required.
- Please do not send original documentation, as it cannot be returned.
- The Foundation will acknowledge receipt of you application within seven days, and advise you of the estimated time frame in which the application will be considered.
- During this time you may be contacted by a Board member for further information or clarification.
- Once the application has been considered, there are three possible outcomes:
- The Foundation agrees to assist with funding; or
- The Foundation declines to assist with funding; or
- The Foundation defers a decision on the application, pending further investigation. In this case the applicant may be contacted for additional information, and the application will be considered again at the next meeting.
- In each of these scenarios, you will be advised of the outcome in writing within 14 days of the Board meeting.
- For successful applicants, if there are any conditions and/or reporting requirements associated with the funding, you will be advised at this time.
